Anyone else watching the 4400? One of the better episodes in recent weeks, I think.  I was starting to worry early in the season, but the train seems to be back on track now.

I'll be darned if I saw Jordan Collier et al stealing the promycin coming, and I'm wondering why it had to be this way: taken from Ryland when Isabel gave it to him.  Couldn't they have just avoided pissing Isabel off and sapped it from her directly without sending her over to Ryland's side?

And I have to admit, I'm kind of wondering what's going on in Richard's head to make him sanction what's happening with as little angst as he's showing. (powerful actor, though.) As far as bureaucratic villians go, Ryland is on track to  give Cancer Man a run for his money.  The tension toward this "war" is coming to a boil. The way it's setting up with all the efforts to "avoid" a war leading to one strikes a chord with me, but I hope they do not overplay the messiah/antichrist dichotomy they have going with Jordan Collier.  It's one thing to allude to these deep cultural underpinnings, and another to rely on them. Will turn out to be the difference between a good and great show, I think.
